Condado De Alhama Golf Resort is in its own right a town built around a golf course with plans to extend this to three golf courses. Sports facilities include 6 paddles tennis courts, 2 tennis courts and 3 squash courts. A large supermarket and a bar serving meals and drinks is situated on the resort plus a number of communal pools and playgrounds for the children. The town centre is currently nearing the end of constructions and will be offering a number of additional facilities.
The golf course is currently under construction with 9 holes due to open in May 2009 followed by second 9 holes in August. This exceptional 18 hole, par 72 course is the Principal Signature course designed by Jack Nickalus himself for Polaris World. It features sharp changes in elevation and four lakes and is one of the most attractive courses in the whole of Spain. It measures 6,900 metres from the furthest tee. It is also the most ambitious course in the whole of Condado de Alhama, covering 96 Ha. Located in a fantastic area, it features brusque changes in elevation and makes the most of the natural surroundings, thereby creating a unique and exclusive course. 

Condado de Alhama is situated in the Region of Murcia and approximatedly 20 minutes from Mazzaron’s beaches, shops and night-life. approximately 10 minutes away is Camposol Here you will find Golf, Shops, Supermarkets, DIY, bank, bars, restaurant's, take away including Chinese, Indian, Pizza, Chip shop, English restaurant, shoot some pool or do ten pin bowling and more.
