The apartment sits overlooking the communal pool . There are sun loungers for use around the pool.
If you are driving there is ample parking and a very short walk to the front door.

Roda Golf & Beach Resort consists of two or three bedded apartments and townhouses plus four bedroom detached villas, with many walkways that lead around the development and to the Clubhouse. All the properties are set around a fantastic 18 hole part 72 hole golf course, designed by Dave Thomas. The resort is a delightful place to stay, not only for golfers but families too!
The apartments overlook a number of beautiful pools surrounded by gardens for you to relax in. With numerous restaurants located 2 minutes away plus only 5 minutes from the sandy beaches of the Mar Menor, Roda Golf offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday in the sun.
The luxury Club House has spectacular views over the golf course and the Mar Menor. Enjoy a snack in the bar or dine in style at the elegant non smoking restaurant.
Underground parking and a security 24-hour alarm systems are in place to allow you and your family to enjoy the peaceful surroundings of Roda Golf Resort. The resort has its own Beach Club linked with the complex via daily boat service that transports the residents to the club located on the beautiful beaches of La Manga.

Course description
This excellent 18-hole, par 72 golf course, designed by Dave Thomas was created by combining different environments and working for a total adaptation to the Mediterranean landscape and vegetation. They have transformed the practically flat ground into an interesting and undulating golf terrain, with strategically placed lakes and carefully designed tree planting integrated in to the design, to challenge all levels of golfers. Watch out for the 7th Hole - 174m Par 3, played over water with the green on a small island!
Dave is rightly proud of his creation and has cleverly shaped the previously flat landscape into an interesting and undulating golfing terrain that is pleasing to the eye and provides an interesting and challenging test of golf. The design incorporates 3 strategically located lakes and a great deal of emphasis has also been placed on integrated tree planting and landscaping.

Booking information
Prices are in pounds per week for the apartment not per person and include welcome pack, linen/towels and end of stay clean. There is a meet and greet service included who will ensure you have a comfortable stay. Airport transfers can be arranged on request. Please note prices are based on party of 4 people slightly more for extra persons to allow for the clean/launder.
Prices are on a sliding scale the more weeks you book. so for example 2 weeks in mid season is £600 not £680.

For convenience, pay using your credit or debit card via PayPal (Note: there is a convenience charge when paying by PayPal).
Special rates for longer periods available on request. Changeover days/times are flexible, so useful for those late departures.
Deposit of £100 will secure dates and be used as security deposit (refundable on return) balance due 5 weeks prior to arrival.
The hotel and spa is under construction and current prices reflect this. No building work is visible from the apartment, phases one/two the golf course and club house have been complete for over 2 years and are well established.
