This 3 bedroom Ground floor apartment is on Condado De Alhama, Polaris World Resort and is located in Jardin 1.The Apartment is tastefully furnished in a simple, but fashionable light oak wood combining both rustic and contemporary styles. The furniture has been carefully selected to give the rooms a unique feel
For your comfort there are Panasonic Air Conditioning units and electric panel heaters throughout the apartment. They can be used in the summer months to cool you down or in the winter to blow away the chill of the night.
Living room
A bright, modern and comfortable living area furnished with a 3 seater leather settee, contrasting chair and matching stool. The apartment also features the following equipment: 19" LCD TV, DVD player, IPOD speaker system. After an enjoyable day out playing golf, going to the beach or just sunbathing by the pool you can return to the apartment and relax indoors or, if you prefer to sit in the shade, use the rear patio in the evening. You can still soak in the evening suns rays from the Front patio.
Kitchen
The kitchen area is open-plan on to the lounge and adds to the feeling of light and space. It is, as you would expect, fully equipped with quality cutlery and crockery as well as all of the cooking utensils you may need.
It also features a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, grill, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and microwave. Also, if you require any laundry doing during your stay, we have provided an iron, ironing board, washing machine and clothes airer. To save precious holiday time instead of washing the dishes make use of the dish washer provided.
For safety there is a Fire blanket and Fire Extinguisher fitted in the Kitchen

If you ever come to Murcia, please spend some time and discover the beauties of this fantastic building. The cathedral which is located at the plaza del Cardinal Belluga. Right outside the Cathedral you will find the city hall and the Palacia Episcopal, the residency of the Bishop of Murcia.
There are a variety of museums, from the archeological to the museum for water systems, to the museo de bellas Artes which shows art from Ballester and Gaya.
Terra Natura Water & Animal Park
The new water park (Terra Aqua Murcia) and animal park (Terra Natura Murcia) provide a wonderful family day out with something for all ages and only 20 minutes from the resort.
Boat Trips
For those of you who have no interest in fishing but would like to explore the Costa Calida coastline by boat why not try the 'Sight Seeing' trips. Aboard 'Margarita 1', you will travel from Bolnuevo around the stunning coastline of Puerto de Mazarrón up to and beyond La Azohia, looking out for flying fish and dolphins on the way. You can bring a packed lunch and simply relax in the sunshine whilst taking in the fantastic scenery, or, for the more adventurous, there is the option to drop anchor and swim/snorkel in the clear Costa Calida waters from the back of the boat which has steps for easy access to and from the sea.

Notes on accommodation
Master bedroom
The master bedroom is tastefully furnished and features a comfortable double bed plus fitted double wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets, with lamps, for all your storage. A full length mirror and a leather chair is provided for your comfort. From the bedroom sliding patio doors lead onto a large patio area, ideal for a relaxing breakfast as the sun rises.
Second bedroom
The second bedroom is just as luxurious with twin single beds, fitted double wardrobes and single bedside cabinet with light.
Third bedroom
The third bedroom is a lovely room ideal for 1 or 2 people. The unique and very comfortable kangaroo bed allows the room to be used for a single occupancy or with its special feature a second pull-out bed can convert the room into a twin room. It has a fitted wardrobe, wall mounted mirror and single bedside cabinet with lamp.
Co-ordinated bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided for you during your stay.
Bathroom
A modern, white bathroom which is attractively tiled throughout consists of a bath, shower, shower screen, wash basin, mirror, toilet, shaver point and bidet. Extra towel rails and corner shower units have been fitted for additional storage.
Dining area
The dining suite is a fashionable solid wood extendable table in light-oak style which seats 6 people. There are 6 high-back leather dining chairs to complement the rustic feel of the apartment.
Front Patio
You can enjoy your meals on either the front or rear patios. You can eat in the shade or the sun depending on the time of day. The sun rises at the rear of the apartments and sets at the front, so there will be somewhere to escape the heat of the sun.
From the living area the patio doors open up and lead you into the spacious patio area. Here you can relax and enjoy a cool drink and watch the world go by.
Rear Patio
Access to the rear patio is through the master bedroom ideal for meals in the afternoon away from the sun.

Winter Practice
I am a scratch golfer and required some winter practice time in the sun, so both my coach and I stayed in this apartment at Condado De Alhama
The apartment had everything we required for our stay; we met some lovely people on the garden. Their property manager Carol was fantastic and endured we were collected from the airport and we had food/drink waiting for us when we arrived.

Booking information
Booking within 8 Weeks
If the booking is made within eight weeks of the letting the whole of the rental payment is to be forwarded with your booking form, together with the security deposit of £100 per week, or part week.
Booking prior to 8 Weeks
If the booking is made prior to eight weeks of the letting a rental deposit of 25% of the rental sum is to be forwarded with your booking form. The remaining balance of the rental sum and the security deposit, of £100 per week or part week, are to then be due eight weeks prior to the letting.
Cancellation
If a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of the letting the balance of any monies paid, less the rental deposit, will be returned to the tenant. If the cancellation is requested within the eight weeks prior to the letting the owner will retain the 25% rental deposit and also reserves the right to retain the balance of the rental (should it not be possible to re-let the property for this period).
Security Deposit
The security deposit will be returned to the tenant within 7 days of the return of the keys to the owner, less any deductions in accordance with the conditions listed above.
