It is fully air-conditioned and furnished to the highest standard. There are 3 bedrooms, two with double beds and one with two bunk beds (sleeping 8 in total comfort). There are also 2 bathrooms and an open-plan kitchen & spacious living area. Satellite TV with SKY UK Premium package. DVD Player. Its only a very short walk to the plush Club house which is a nice social area with excellient food & wine.

The historical city of Murcia is a short 15 minute drive. This fashionable city has great shopping (El Corte Ingles, Zara, Mango etc) and countless kerbside bars and restaurants and there are also plenty of historical sites to visit. Murcia was featured recently in The Sunday Times "Undiscovered Jewels Of Europe" series.
15 mins away at the coast is San Javier, a traditional Spanish sea side resort and spa on The Mar Menor while the Costa Blanca coastline dotted with sandy beaches and the blue sea of the Med is just 20 minutes drive. The world health orginisation has recently crowned this small pocket of Spain as the healthiest place to live in Europe.

A leisurely 50 minute drive from Alicante airport on the moterway or only 15 mins. from San Zavier, Murcia Airport.
Mosa is also just 10 mins away from the new Corvera International Airport which opens in Q4 2012.

For the golfers there are 18 great holes of golf on two nine hole themed courses. There is also a terrific 9 hole par 3 golf course in play. There is a 60% DISCOUNT ON GOLF GREEN FEES FOR HOUSE GUESTS (A huge saving for anyone interested in golf) to play golf on this magnificent course as the Villa has full golf rights for four people. Approx charge per person is only €32.
The beautiful Club House (3 minutes walk from villa) is a popular social meeting place for resort residents and visitors. It has a gourmet restaurant and snack bar. open all day and night.

Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort, designed by Brian Connelly & Peter Hoogcarspel and built to PGA & USPGA standards, offers three very different loops of 9 holes (Pine Course, Olive Course and Stone Course. The Stone Course appeals to players who like a strategic challenge in their game - with nearly 8,000 palm trees, 20,000 cacti plus some huge natural rock formations providing a great golf challenge yet set within an impressive natural landscape. The Olive Course as its name would suggest meanders through hundreds of olive trees and offers almost links style golf in a beautiful setting. The Pine Course, is lined with an abundance of pine trees and, being the highest point on the golf course, offers fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.
