Las Terrazas comprises an 18 hole, desert style, Nicklaus Design golf course with front line apartments around the edges. In the middle of the resort there is a town centre where there will be restaurants, a bar, supermarket and the regular Polaris World services and facilities all centered around a lake. On the island in the centre of the lake there will be additional apartments with great views all around the resort and golf course. Apartments have views of communal pools and of the golf course. Until the resort is fully operational, residents can make use of all facilities already available over on La Torre, a couple of minutes in the car or an easy bike ride away.

Course description
The 6459 metre 18 hole part 72 golf course is designed with influences of the Nicklaus golf course in Lake, Las Vegas. With undulating fairways, limited bunkers and a great 6 hectare lake which plays a strategic role on holes 9 and 18 , guarantees an exciting final hole.
While being promoted as a desert style course by the designer it actually gives a ’links’ feel with many of the holes snaking between ‘dunes’ with rolling fairways and undulating greens. For long hitters, the par 5 holes are certainly reachable in two being under 480 metres.
The three par 3 holes are either long with two over 200 yards in length and although the 6th is short at 138 yards, the shot is played over water to a narrow green.

Stayed at the apartment with family and must say had wondeful time. Apartment is lovely and clean with everything you need for relaxing break. Close to swimming pool, great for kids and would recommend. Very reaosnably priced and owners are very friendly and helpful.

We just wanted to write and tell you what a fantastic time we had at your apartment.
The accommodation had everything we needed, it was lovely and clean and the kids loved the fact we had the swimming pool literally on our doorstep. The local shop on site was handy for the essentials and we felt really safe with the visible presence of the friendly security team, which was great with two young children. The location was great, with the resort of Los Alcazares within easy driving distance for the beach and many restaurants and bars.
Thanks again and we look forward to returning some time soon for some more quality family time.
