Notes on suitability
Our villa has steps up on to the terrace which has low railings, so we do not think our villa is suitable for children under 3 years old.
Sorry, the both sets of twin beds will push together, but do not zip together to make a kingsize.
Both bedrooms have ceiling fans but no air conditioning.
Notes on accommodation
There is a telephone for making free calls around the resort, booking golf, restaurants, or to contact friends who may also be staying on the resort, etc.
Free Internet & Wi-Fi is also available in the villa. (Bring your own equipment) Computers are available to use in the Club House, on a "pay as you surf" basis. Buy an "AreaNet" card from the supermarket or Club House. This gives you logon details to key into the hardware and away you go.

Course description
This superb 18 hole par 68 Jack Nicklaus designed golf course attracts golfers from all over. It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.
It has 6 par 3's with the 11th and and 17th, a carry over water of 170 yds plus 2 par 5's, both of which are approx 500 yds. Accuracy is required for the par 4's so keep that driver in your bag! The greens are in excellent condition, undulating and quite fast!
Staying on La Torre means you can also play quality golf on 3 other superb courses in close proximity for reduced green fees with transportation provided in a warm climate both in the summer and winter months. The Jack Nicklaus Trail currently includes La Torre, El Valle, Mar Menor and Hacienda Riquelme golf courses. It is fast becoming one of the most prestigious trails to complete in Spain. Golf lessons can be purchased and there is Club house and bar for you to use. With the numerous golf courses being constructed in the region, it is being hotly tipped as taking over from the Costa Del Sol as Europe’s leading golf area. Reviews
We have been to this villa now 3 times and found it gets better each time we go. The villa is bright and airy with everything needed for a relaxing stay. The roof terrace is a fabulous sun trap and many an hour was spent there with a glass or two of wine! The 5 star golf resort is well kept with some brilliant water features and superb swimming pools - one day I might even try a round of golf!
We look forward to coming back next year.

I have had several visits and enjoy nothing better than sitting on the terrace with a glass of wine and a good book from the extensive collection in the villa. The villa is very well furnished and maintained, and the site always clean with beautifully maintained gardens and verges, ideal for strolling around on a warm summer evening. Several communal pools are within a few minutes walk and all are clean and in very well kept gardens. I can't wait for my next visit.

We had a really great stay in your villa, which had everything we needed. The children were happy playing in the secure garden, and it was only a few minutes walk to the lovely pools and play areas. We had a couple of day trips to the beautiful beaches, which were gently shelving, ideal for the children. We all enjoyed ourselves and look forward to returning next year.

I really enjoyed my 2nd visit to your villa this year. The first week was spent soaking up the sun and splashing in the nearby pools. In the second week I went on the train to Murcia to the Festival there. On the last night of the festival I stood for well over an hour watching the parade of hundreds of Moors and Christians, all in the most amazing glittering costumes. Truly a sight for sore eyes, and certainly worth another visit next year.

Booking information
Changeover Day - Changeover is flexible depending on bookings. Departure time is usually 11am, but this can be extended for evening flights dependant upon any new arrivals on your departure day.
£100 deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance to be paid 8 weeks before your arrival, together with a damage deposit of £100 which will be refunded on your return, once a satisfactory inspection of the villa has been made.
Cleaning charges and meet and greet €75, payable on arrival to the keyholder.
