This new luxury two bed roomed first floor end apartment is south facing and situated in a landscaped garden area in Los Naranjos Jardin 4 on the Polaris World Golf Resort at Condado de Alhama. With direct parking.The apartment has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The accommodation comprises a light and modern lounge area with 32”LCD TV , DVD player with over 100 films, a separate dining area and a fully fitted modern open-plan kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms each with large fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with full modern suite, including shower over the bath. The apartment is fully air conditioned with high quality units in the lounge and both bedrooms, providing cooling and heating. Heating panels for extra warmth in the winter months are fitted in both bedrooms and a further two in the living area.
The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs and private access to a large rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and Sierra Espuna National Park. The roof terrace enjoys the sun all day long and has been furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, where you can relax and enjoy a cool drink whilst watching the sun set over the mountains. There is a barbeque also available for dining al fresco and an awning for shade when required.
Mosquito screens are fitted on the front door and all windows. Gates have been fitted at the bottom and top of the stairs for extra safety for children whilst you are sun bathing or the children are playing on the terraces.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Clean cotton Egyptian bed linen, fluffy white towels and tea towels are provided and the property is cleaned for your arrival by our expert property manager. A water filter has been fitted so there is no need to buy water.

Cost Calida translated means "warm coast", giving 300 plus days of sunshine per year. Average yearly temperature of 21 degrees.
The region is the unspoilt part of Spain. Close to the Sierra Espuna mountain range (National Park). Is quickly becoming a great region for golf enthusiasts with many great courses within 30 minutes drive. The very picturesque Cartagena has plentiful designer shopping, attractive architecture, street cafes and the port.
Murcia City is a very worthwhile visit with its many museums and churches, together with many shops and pleasant atmosphere.
The lovely beaches of Mazarron and Bolnuevo are the two nearest beaches, only 15 minutes drive away. Mazarron has numerous bars and restaurants and has a traditional Spanish flavor. Scuba diving and snorkeling are available.
Totana and Lorca are nearby and are both places of great interest.

On site facilities include gym, tennis courts, squash, paddle tennis, basketball, football pitches, all within a 10-15 minute walk of the apartment. Bikes can also be hired on site. There are cycle lanes on the resort.

Travelling there
The resort can be accessed easily from Alicante airport (approximately 1 hour 10 minutes) or Murcia airport (approximately 45 to 50 minutes). The new international airport at Corvera is due to open in 2011 and will only be around 15 minutes from Condado de Alhama.
Flights are available with Ryanair, Jet2.com, Easy jet, BMI Baby, Monarch and Thomsonfly.
There is an excellent choice of car hire companies situated in the arrivals hall at Alicante and Murcia.

Notes on accommodation
There are mosquito blinds fitted on all windows. Safety gates at top and bottom of outside stairs leading up to the roof top terrace. Egyptian cotton sheets and fluffy towels are provided. If beach towels are needed these can also be provided.
