This luxury two bed villa for 4 people plus a child is situated in a quiet street minutes from the resort centre. It backs onto the golf course so is not overlooked and has its own private pool (with safety fence) and far reaching views over the second fairway of the 5* Mar Menor golf resort. Property has sunny terraces all year round and is furnished to a very high standard, with a very well equiped kitchen. Sky TV in the lounge (and the master bedroom) and a DVD player.The property has an open plan living/dining/kitchen layout with patio doors to front and rear of the villa.. Living area has two settes and there is a dining room table to seat six. The fully equipped kitchen, has an integrated oven and hob,microwave and large fridge/freezer with ample crockery,glasses and cookware. There is a a washing machine and separate tumble dryer.
The front terrace has a table and 4 chairs and the rear downstairs covered terrace a large dining table and 6 chairs over looking the pool and patio area ,with fantastic views over the golf course. Off the upstairs landing is another terrace with sun chairs overlooking the golf course.The rear upstairs and ground terraces,have sun most of the day the year round,perfect for autumn/winter breaks. Sun loungers and beach chairs provided for your relaxation. Pool 6mx3m with shallow end and walk insteps, the safety fence is removable if guests wish.Outside pool shower.

Main bedroom has a king sized bed and faces the golf course with views over the fairway and onto the upstairs balcony.Second bedroom is a twin and fronts a quiet tree lined street.

Property is located on a golf resort with a 5 star Hotel on site and bars , restaurants and other leisure amenities.The resort was built in 2005. There are bars and restaurants nearby, a number on the resort itself (5 minutes walk on the flat) and others within a 15 minute walk of the villa.
Nearest beach is at Los Alcazares on the Mar Menor Sea and is a 5 minute drive.The beach has a long promenade with lots of restaurants and bars and shelves gently so is great for children.Watersports and pedaloes on the beach at Los Alcazares.Nearest beach on the Mediterranean is aproximately 15 min drive.
The area has the lowest rainfall in all Spain.Palm trees on the golf course at the rear of the villa provide a welcome shade in the summer months.Temperatures outside the peak summer season are often over 20 degrees, making a holiday in Spring or Autumn ideal.Often in the winter months you can stroll out without a coat and enjoy alfresco dining.
Water Park in Murcia City and at Torrevieja, both around a 35 minute drive.Go-karting 15 minute drive .
Many local markets to visit.
Many towns nearby have fiestas throughout the year (accompanied by street parades and fireworks) the most important being around Christmas/New year ,Easter and 14/15th August. Easter sees a week of parades, the ones in Catagena are very good and there is usually a medieval fair in Los Alcazares.
San Javier Jazz Festival in July is a 20 minute drive.
Cartagena is 20 minute drive south and has lots of attractions including a Roman Amphitheatre.
Boats trips can be taken on the Mar Menor sea to the Islands of the Mar Menor and to La Manga.

Notes on accommodation
The downstairs ot the villa is open plan with a lounge/kitchen diner, with ample room for up to six people, with large patio doors to the front and rear of the house making it very light and airy.
Air conditioning to downstairs lounge/kitchen and a portable unit upstairs .Ceiling fans to both bedrooms and lounge area.Full central heating for the cooler months.Electric blinds to front and rear patio windows.
Television in lounge and also in main bedroom.DVD player.
CDs and DVDs ,plus books/games are provided for guests use
Front terrace includes table and four chairs. The rear garden has a sunny aspect all the year round and has a pool,with walk in steps to shallow end, a patio for sun bathing,a lawned area to the side and overlooks the golf course.Not being overlooked from the rear of the villa means you have more privacy
Rear downstairs terrace has large glass table and chairs for dining.A barbecue is available for guests to use.
There are 4 loungers by the pool.Upstairs rear terrace has table and chairs to get the best of the evening sun whilst having a relaxing drink.
All linen and towels are provided.

Course description
The 18 hole Mar Menor Golf Course, designed by Jack Nicklaus Design. The Mar Menor Village golf course, re-designed by Jack Nicklaus is now run by Ola Golf Group
Although offering wide fairways and big greens the design requires accuracy in your shots to overcome the numerous changes in elevation, the lakes and strategically placed bunkers. However, the use of multiple tees means the course can offer a real challenge to the best of golfers whilst not detering the less skillful player. Its spectacular design demands a diverse range of shots to successfully overcome the obstacles, making its round an ideal place to hold tournaments, with the extra incentive offered by the various water hazards that embellish the course and global views. The lakes play an important role as the game progresses, requiring of the player great skills and composure when facing these types of obstacles. This lush Mediterranean landscape full of palm tress, native grasses and flowering shrubs adds to the beauty of the resort.
