It also contains 4 lightweight sunbeds that can be used around the pool which is accessed via a lockable gate.

The Mar Menor is renowned for its high water temperatures which are retained well in to the autumn months. The mineral-rich waters are said to have therapeutic effects and because of this, the area has a significant spa tourism industry. Take in the beautiful views of the Mar Menor from the extensive promenades that run along side the beaches from San Pedro del Pintar to Santiago del la Ribera which are perfect for cycling or a relaxing walk and stop off at one of the many beach side cafes, bars and restaurants.

Living room contains sofa/chaise longue, dining table and four chairs, 37' flat screen TV with satellite channels, DVD and films, iPod docking station and local maps/informormation about the area. There are also french doors leading out to the terrace.
The kitchen also contains all essential crockery and cutlery. There is also a beach/pool parasol in the utility room for guests use.
En-suite contains shower, jacuzzi bath, WC, vanity sink unit, bidet, heated towel rail and hairdryer.

There is an IPod docking station in the lounge and various DVD's/books. There are also radio alarm clocks in both bedrooms.

Course description
A desert challenge - The 18 hole El Valle Golf Course, is a par 71 and 6145m in length with 4 tees. Set in over 1, 100,000 square metres, this beautiful course is surrounded by stunning countryside near Banos Y Mendigo, with a breathtaking backdrop of the Murcian Mountains. The golf course is designed with a 'desert' theme and is landscaped around rock-outcroppings, a wide variety of shrubs and desert grasses plus water features including two lakes and waterfall conformations. Accuracy is the name of the game rather than length if you wish to master this excellent golf course. It has 2 lakes, streams, small waterfalls and groups of bunkers all surrounded by rocks and abundant native vegetation which make this course one of the great challenges of the Nicklaus Golf Trail.

The prices quoted are per week, minimum stays of 3 nights will be accepted, please email for prices. Weekly rates inclusive of final clean, 2+ weeks stays inclusive of mid and final clean.
The apartment is available from 2:00pm on arrival day and must be vacated by 10:00am on day of departure. To make a booking please contact us directly using the telephone numbers provided or via email. £100/130 euro deposit is required to confirm booking.
All linen and bath/hand towels are provided. The apartment is cleaned on departure unless you have a 2 or more week stay, in which case their is also a mid term clean included. Additional cleaning can be arranged at an extra cost.
