Casa Helidon is a spacious detached Villa with it's own private pool and large sun-terrace with fabulous views across the golf course. It has 2 twin bedrooms complete with fitted wardrobes, one of which has patio doors that lead out onto a large balcony overlooking the golf course and pool. Upstairs bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and wash basin, toilet downstairs with wash basin and a well equipped kitchen. All windows are equipped with external sun blinds.GOLF discounts available with any rental. This allows discounts on green fees for the three Championship courses within the Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort.
The pool is very private with tall trees either side with adequate outdoor furniture including sun loungers and patio seating. A charcoal chimney barbeque is also on the terrace for you to use. Modern furnished living / dining room with seating for up to 6 complete with satellite TV. Table and chairs on the terrace by the pool and barbeque. There is private car parking for up to 2 cars to the side of the villa.

Towels and linen are included. The pool is professionally cleaned and maintained, but we ask that you shower and remove all sun oils in the outside shower provided before using the pool as these will damage the tiles. The details for the maintenance team are in the villa, and can be contacted direct if any problems with the pool or garden.
Property is registered for discount on all courses at Mosa for up to 4 tenants.

Course description
Mosa Trajectum Golf Resort, designed by Brian Connelly & Peter Hoogcarspel and built to PGA & USPGA standards, offers three very different loops of 9 holes (Pine Course, Olive Course and Stone Course. The Stone Course appeals to players who like a strategic challenge in their game - with nearly 8,000 palm trees, 20,000 cacti plus some huge natural rock formations providing a great golf challenge yet set within an impressive natural landscape. The Olive Course as its name would suggest meanders through hundreds of olive trees and offers almost links style golf in a beautiful setting. The Pine Course, is lined with an abundance of pine trees and, being the highest point on the golf course, offers fantastic views of the surrounding countryside.

Booking information
Shorter lettings possible: prices from £50-£80 per night depending on time of year and availability. Contact us for a quote.
Checking in and out times are also flexible depending on other bookings. There is a meet and greet service on arrival and you are required to make a one-off payment of €60 locally on arrival to cover administration and initial cleaning (this is in addition to the rental fee).
On agreeing a booking we will ask you to complete a booking form and to send us 30% of the booking's value in order to secure the booking. We ask you to pay the balance not later than EIGHT WEEKS before your arrival date and reserve the right to re-let the house if the balance is not paid by this date. A fully refundable security deposit of £100 is also held against damage.
