This First floor Apartment is tastefully furnished throughout and quality furnature is also found on the beautiful roof solarium. Here are a luxury glass dining table with six chairs. Enjoy two sun loungers and two luxury swivel chairs. There is also a nice BBQ to enjoy. Just added last year is the awning to cool those sunny days. You should not rent an apartment without one- just too hot on the roof.

This Flagship resort of PolarisWorld is situated on the Costa Calida half an hours drive from the historic city of Murcia.
It nestles between the mountains and the sea which are easily reachable with in twenty minutes. This area has the most days of sunshine in Europe and enjoys average temperatures of 21c.
Just a few minutes away is the refurbished cafe / bar. Here you can watch most sports events on the sat tv. Here also are sports facilities such as tennis and squash etc.
You can enjoy the resorts theme pub and restaurants in the Moorish town centre which is around a twenty minute walk.
It houses a large water feature which just adds to the relaxing atmosphere on a summers evening.
The town centre also has a good sized supermarket and golf shop.
The resort is ideally located for many local beaches and golf courses and the many beautiful mountains ranges that you can see around the resort. The inland sea at Mar Menor is just half an hour away where you can enjoy the crystal clear water and sandy beaches in complete safety.

The resort is part of the Jack Nicklaus golf trail but there are many other courses in the area.

The nearby Sierra Espuna Nature reserve with its peak around 1500 metres high, is not only very scenic but a great setting for walking , mountain biking and horse riding

Travelling there
The resort can be accessed from both Alicante or Murcia airports and car hire is readily available. The 'cheap flight' operators service these airports.
The new International airport at Corvera is expected to be opperational in 2012 which will only be 15minutes dive away.
Complex description
The firts floor apartment is set in a richly planted 'Jardine' which has its own pool and childrens play area. A short walk and you can play tennis, squash , football, and basketball. Cylces are available to rent from the supermarket.
The latest Jack Niclaus course is up and running and rumoured to be PGA standard and one of the top courses in all of Spain. It is centre of the resort and looks stunning.

Notes on accommodation
This lovely apartment in its 'Jardine' is equipped to a high standard that you will enjoy. The lounge has two comfy sofas with LCD TV and DVD player. The dining area has an extendable table if you need a bit more room. The fully fitted kitchen comprises of Cooker with hood, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. There are two bedrooms with fitted wardrobes and chest of drawers, so pleanty of space for clothes.
The bathroom has full modern suite with shower over the bath and a movie star mirror. The apartment is fully air conditioned.
The apartment also has a balcony area at the front with a table and four chairs which looks out over the garden.
The full roof solarium is a must with its plants which are automatically watered and its full range of furnature to enjoy. It looks out towards many mountain ranges which provides spectacular sunsets.
