Superior, fantastically furnished, fully equipped, second floor, two bed apartment in a privileged position on La Torre 5* Golf Resort.The apartment has a large south facing terrace leading off the spacious lounge and dining area. From the terrace you have stunning views over the golf course, large communal swimming pool and landscaped gardens.
The apartment has a large seperate fully equipped kitchen. It has a dishwasher, large fridge freezer, oven, hob, washing machine, microwave, kettle, ironing board and iron. It has everything you need to make any length of stay a convenient one!
Both bedrooms are air conditioned and have french doors leading to small balconies. The balcony has tables and chairs. The balconies have views over the distant mountains. An ideal place to catch the early morning sun!
Although there is plenty of parking around the apartment there is also an allocated secure underground car park space with lift to each of the floors.
For those colder months, although there's not many, the apartment has the added convenience of central heating.
The apartment is in a quiet location on the resort but is within 4/5 minutes walking distance of the Club house with its fantastic bars, restaurants and facilities.
This is a truly superb apartment on a stunning 5* resort! Please don't let the very reasonable rental charges make you think otherwise!

Table and chairs providing seating for 4. Fully equipped with everything you'll need for any length of stay.
Comfortable large leather sofas, seating 5, high quality 32" flat screen LCD TV, DVD player and cable TV. Cable TV provides a number of your favourite UK TV & music channels including BBC1, BBC2, ITV1, ITV2 etc. There are also a number of foreign channels, Spanish, French, German etc.
BEDROOMS
Side tables and fitted wardrobes with integral drawers provide ample storage. French doors open onto a small balcony with table and chairs. An ideal please to catch the early morning sun with fantastic views over the olive groves and distant mountains. A cot is also provided.
Large south facing terrace with loungers, table, chairs and fantastic views over the large communal pool and golf course.

Course description
This superb 18 hole par 68 Jack Nicklaus designed golf course attracts golfers from all over. It features over five hectares of sophisticated bunkers that separate the holes, creating strategic points which provide added value to the shots. Plus, a denser grass was planted around the bunkers, creating the optimum wind shot effect.
It has 6 par 3's with the 11th and and 17th, a carry over water of 170 yds plus 2 par 5's, both of which are approx 500 yds. Accuracy is required for the par 4's so keep that driver in your bag! The greens are in excellent condition, undulating and quite fast!
Staying on La Torre means you can also play quality golf on 3 other superb courses in close proximity for reduced green fees with transportation provided in a warm climate both in the summer and winter months. The Jack Nicklaus Trail currently includes La Torre, El Valle, Mar Menor and Hacienda Riquelme golf courses. It is fast becoming one of the most prestigious trails to complete in Spain. Golf lessons can be purchased and there is Club house and bar for you to use. With the numerous golf courses being constructed in the region, it is being hotly tipped as taking over from the Costa Del Sol as Europe’s leading golf area. The apartment needs to be vacated by 10:30am on change over days. The preferred change over day is Saturday. On your arrival day the apartment will be available from 15:00pm.
A £75 non-refundable deposit is required when making a booking. Balance to be paid 30 days prior to arrival. A £125 refundable security deposit is also required when making a booking. Refunded within 7 days of you leaving the apartment following a satisfactory inspection of the property.
