Casa Anamarie is the perfect choice for those looking for a relaxing break or an active adventure, in a perfect location for those of you choosing to enjoy a few rounds of golf or visit a huge choice of wonderful local beaches and restaurants.Furnished and equipped to a very high standard, including central heating for winter and those cooler Spring days plus air-conditioning throughout to keep you comfortable during the hotter months. Our apartment is designed to comfortably sleep four people.
The light and airy interior of our apartment continues throughout, modern bathrooms and kitchen and newly furnished living room and bedrooms. Large terrace, furnished with sun beds for lazy afternoons, table and 4 chairs for alfresco dining, offering plenty of shelter from the midday sun, surrounded by pretty gardens and only a few feet away from a communal pool.
The resort has pleasant walking and cycling routes. The Beach Resort exclusively for the use of residents and guests of Roda Golf is located on the tip of the La Manga strip and can be accessed by ferry from Santiago de la Ribera, bookings for which can be made locally at customer services at the resort.

Roda Golf and beach resort is conveniently located only 10 minutes from Murcia ( San Javier ) Airport and only 60 minutes by motorway from Alicante Airport.
Both Airports are served by most of the European low cost airlines.
Car hire is recommended.

The 18 hole Roda golf course is located 5 minutes walk from the apartment within the resort and is rub by the De Vere Group.
It has recently been selected to act as the base for the PGA Euroean Traning Academy.
The apartment has a large out side terrace furnished for alfresco dining as well as sunbeds for lazy afternoons which over looks the communal pool.

Notes on suitability
Ground floor apartment, although not specially equipped or adapted for disabled guests, it has perfect wheelchair access. There is also plenty of surface parking for ease of access to the properties.

Welcome Pack: Milk, Bottled Water, Bread, Fruit Juice, Tea, Coffee, Butter and Sugar. Additional items can be purchased from site shop.
Casa Anamarie has a large outside terrace furnished for Alfresco dining as well as sunbeds for lazy afternoons! The landscape gardens and pool at Roda Golf and Beach Resort are communal facilities. The resort has pleasant walking and cycling routes.
The dining area has an extendable dining table and matching chairs.
Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom, large double wardrobe with plenty of hanging space, shelving and storage facilities, side tables & lamps. Double glazed sliding doors leading out onto the terrace and pool area

Weekly rentals but shorter or longer lets available on request
Normally Saturday to Saturday but we are flexible with shorter or longer breaks by arrangement .
We ask for a 25% deposit of the total cost to conirm your booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to your holiday. We also require a security deposit of £100 / €100 this will be returned to you after your holiday subject to normal inspection We do accept payment via PayPal
Bed linen, kitchen, hand and bath towels, as well as beach towels are all provided. The property will be cleaned prior to your arrival. Midweek cleans and laundry change can be arranged at an extra charge. During a 2 week stay a change of linen and clean will take place at the end of week one
