Stunning two bedroom, first floor corner Hacienda Riquelme apartment with 32 sq metre terrace.The Master Hacienda is a 2 bedroomed luxury apartment situated on one of five Polaris World Golf Resorts. It is five minutes drive from Sucina town and 15 minutes from the beach.
Watch the sunrise and sunset lazing on the sunbeds or enjoying a relaxing meal from the large corner terrace of this luxury first floor, 2 bedroom apartment, with views across the 13th green and 14th fairway to the mountains beyond. A large communal pool, one of 21, is within very close proximity. Your accommodation can sleep 6 but is ideal for 4 and is tastefully furnished to a high standard with a unique theme running throughout. Sunlight streams into the lounge early morning and your breakfast can be enjoyed either on the terrace or in the dining area. In the air conditioned lounge there is a three seater sofa, which can be made up into a sofa bed, and a large flat screen TV with English channels and internet facility. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer and microwave. Both bedrooms have twin beds, one of which can be made into a double and are made up with Egyptian cotton sheets. The apartment is also centrally heated for those winter golfing visits and has easy access to secure parking.

Course description
The 18 hole Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, designed by Jack nicklaus Design is a par 72 and 6416m course build to professional standards. The course covers an area of 71 hectares and has a stunning mountain backdrop. This course is different from the others in the Nicklaus Golf Trail, offering ample fairways are combined with hard to approach greens, and bunkers ready to complicate your game. And all of it surrounded by wild flowers, olive trees and large lakes. Riquelme's playing surfaces are grassed with the latest Paspalum varieties, decreasing the need for large amounts of fresh water. All of these features combine to give Riquelme an older look and feel, establishing the Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort as one of the most unique stops along the Nicklaus Golf Trail.
The boldly contoured greens are sure to be the most talked about feature of the course. Many of the greens are broken into several sections by strong elevation changes making it crucial for golfers to play to the correct section of the green in order to set up the easiest putt possible. The greens also feature numerous subtle random contours and rolls to further complicating putting.
As a resident at Hacienda Riquelme there is a discount off the standard green fee to €45 for the green fees for Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course, La Torre Golf Course & El Valle Golf Course. A security deposit of £150 will be expected refunded within 10 days of departure following an inventory check. Booking deposit of 25% and balance due 8 weeks before holiday.
Towels and linen for up to 6 people will be provided. There is a charge payable to keyholder for laundry and cleaning of apartment. Additional laundry charge for sofa bed linen, beach towels and towels over 4 people. The apartment will be cleaned after each rental period.
