This new luxury two bedroomed first floor apartment is situated in a landscaped garden area in Jardin 12 on the Polaris World Golf Resort at Condado de Alhama.The apartment has been furnished and equipped to an exceptionally high standard. The accommodation comprises a light and modern lounge area with LCD TV and DVD player, a separate dining area and a fully fitted modern open-plan kitchen with oven, hob, extractor, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. There are two bedrooms each with large fitted wardrobes and a bathroom with full modern suite, including shower over the bath. The apartment is fully air conditioned with high quality units in the lounge and both bedrooms, providing cooling and heating.
The apartment has a balcony with table and chairs and private access to a large rooftop terrace with spectacular views of the mountains and Sierra Espuna National Park. The roof terrace enjoys the sun all day long and has been furnished with sunloungers, table and chairs and additional comfy seating to enable you to relax and enjoy a cool drink whilst watching the sun set over the mountains. A BBQ is also available for dining al fresco.
The apartment overlooks the swimming pool and garden area, with a small children's play area. There are also side views towards the golf course.
The apartment is equipped with everything you need for an enjoyable and relaxing holiday. Clean bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided and the property is cleaned for your arrival by our expert property manager.

The 5* Polaris World Golf Resort of Condado de Alhama is situated on the Costa Calida in the Murcia region of Spain. The region has the most days of sunshine in Europe and has an average annual temperature of 21 C.
Condado de Alhama is situated close to Puerto Mazarron with its beautiful beaches and coves and a chic marina. The promenade is pedestrianised and is lined with palm trees, fountains and an abundance of cafes, bars, restaurants, shops and a lively Sunday market.
The beautiful Spanish town of Alhama de Murcia is just a ten minute drive from Condado de Alhama, nestling at the foot of the Sierra Espuna mountains.
The resort has easy access to wonderful beaches and unspoint natural surroundings, including the Sierra Espuna Nature Reserve and mountains. The region has 250 kms of coastline alongside two seas - the strong crystal waters of the Mediterranean sea and the warm, calm waters of the Mar Menor. The Mar Menor is an interior sea, being the only one of its kind in Europe, with shallow, calm, warm and salty waters perfect for bathing and medicinal mineral treatments. In addition to the beautiful coastline of sandy beaches, there are numerous little coves and high cliffs with spectacular views.
The resort is also perfectly placed to give easy access to several beautiful and historic cities and other places of interest, including the cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca, with their historic buildings, monuments and churches.

The Sierra Espuna Nature Reserve offers a variety of activities, including walking, mountain biking and horse riding. Quad biking is also available.
The Bay of Mazarron in nearby Puerto Mazarron is a sailing paradise where visitors can enjoy regattas, rowing, paragliding, water skiing and motor boating.
The resort is ideally situated for a short break to visit the beautiful cities of Murcia, Cartagena and Lorca.

Travelling there
The resort can be accessed easily from Alicante airport (approximately 1 hour 10 minutes) or Murcia airport (approximately 45 to 50 minutes). The new international airport at Corvera is due to open in 2011 and will only be around 15 minutes from Condado de Alhama.
Flights are available with Ryanair, Jet2.com, Easyjet, BMI Baby, Monarch and Thomsonfly.
There is an excellent choice of car hire companies situated in the arrivals hall at Alicante and Murcia.

The resort of Condado de Alhama offers a variety of sports facilities, including swimming pools, children's play areas, tennis courts, squash courts, basketball, football and multi sport pitches.
The fabulous 18 hole Jack Nicklaus "Signature" golf course opened in December 2009 and forms part of the Nicklaus Gold Trail together with a temporary Club House and proshop situated in the Al Kazar town centre.
The spectacular Al Kazar town centre also offers a luxurious setting for the Clover Bar, with its beautiful outside seating area overlooking the large feature pool. The Italian and Rice Restaurants are also situated in the Al Kazar town centre, serving a fantastic range of quality dishes.
