Changeover
Day - Guests may arrive from 1600 hours onwards. The villa must be vacated by 1000 hours on day of departure.
20% deposit to confirm your reservation. The balance must be paid at least four weeks
prior to the date of the commencement of the booking.
Damage deposit payment of £250 per booking (refundable after inspection of property by management company).
£90 cleaning fee payable on arrival to the management company.
