Welcome to Villa Roja, one of our two large Algaba, 5 star luxury villas (ID 354&355) to rent, located at El Valle Golf Resort in the heart of Murcia in South-eastern Spain. Our villas are located next to each other and are available for rental independently or as a pair. They are frontline to the stunning El Valle 18 hole golf course and ideal for families and friends who like to holiday together but still enjoy their own privacy. El Valle is Polaris World's most exclusive resort, with it's signature Golf Course, there's a fantastic clubhouse comprising; Spike Bar, Irish Bar, Restaurant and Supermarket. Children's play area.

These Villas are the large 3 double bedroom types (Algabas) on a 760sqm plot with large pool not to be confused with the 'Alcor'(390sqm) with smaller pool.

Full Central Heating - The boiler will be turned on for your arrival so no action needed by you. Instructions are provided.

All bathrooms are finished to a very high standard in an attractive beige marble. The large ensuite bathroom has twin sinks and a whirlpool bath/shower and with all the facilities listed above. The second bathroom has a large walk in shower and has all the facilities listed above.

In order that your stay is as private and uninterrupted as possible, cleaning (which is inlcuded in the price - beware not all are) will only be carried out upon your departure. Access

No Wheelchair Access & Facilities

Views - The rear of the property overlooks the 12th hole (par 3) and the fantastic tranquil view of the neighbouring mountain range. Golf clubs - For those irregular/fair-weather golfers or those wishing to just experience the El Valle course without the cost of taking out their own set of clubs, we have provided 4 sets (varying standard) for use during your stay. We also have a full size table tennis table for use under the conservatory.
