Beauitfully furnished, the villa sits on a large corner plot with private garden, patio and pool area. The lounge is furnished with a leather corner sofa and modern dining table and chairs, seating six comfortably. Step through sliding patio doors onto your own terrace where you can dine al fresco. The property is air-conditioned and has central heating for the cooler months.

Situated in a quiet location yet within walking distance of all facilities including communal pools, tennis courts, children's parks as well as the Town Centre consisting of bars, restaurants and a supermarket with home delivery available.

The Master Bedroom has access to a delightful private terrace with views of both the golf course and the mountains. All three bedrooms are a good size with two having ensuite bathrooms and one located downstairs, making it suitable for the less able.

The kitchen is very well equipped with all the necessary appliances you require to cook that extra special meal.

Staying at the property entitles you to reduced green fees at La Torre Golf Course, El Valle Golf Course, Mar Menor Golf Course & Hacienda Riquelme Golf Course. In high season, Polaris World provide free shuttle service between all the resorts.

A ‘Guide to the Area’ is left at the property providing you with information on the resort, golf, places of interests, shopping facilities and local restaurants.

The property is situated only 15 minutes drive from Murcia Airport. Our representative will meet you at the resort or we can arrange for you to be picked up from the airport at a reasonable cost.

Guests are met by our agents at the resort entrance and shown to the property where an explanation of all the main facilities is given. Freshly laundered bed linen and towels are provided. The house is professionally cleaned immediately before you arrive ensuring you enjoy a pleasurable stay. A welcome pack including coffee, tea, milk, sugar, bread, butter, marmalade, orange juice and bottled water is waiting for you at the house, ensuring you have a comfortable start to your holiday no matter what time of day you arrive. All of these services are included in the cost of your villa rental. Additional maid service can be arranged locally.
