EXCELLENT LOCATION - This 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom townhouse furnished with HIGH STANDARD modern furnishings is a 2 minute walk from the 1st tee, clubhouse and driving range. Property is set in a 'U' shape of about 12 townhouses, and the back overlooks the large shared swimming pool and gardens, where you can take your sunlounger for peaceful sunbathing or for sitting in the shade. Vegetation gives privacy from immediate neighbours.

A childrens play area is about a 3 minute walk away. Secure underground parking is available, as is parking very close on the quiet service road. The terrace has a table and chairs plus the loungers, within the immediate communal garden there is shade and full sun throughout the day.
