Welcome to our spacious ground floor end apartment on La Torre Golf Resort in Spain. Our apartment is located in a quiet part of the resort with 2 air conditioned bedrooms and air conditioned lounge/diner with a large sunny wrap around terrace. It is only a 5 minute walk to the golf club House, restaurant and bars, plus other shops and facilities on the resort including the large supermarket and health centre. Out of our front door is two large swimming pools and spa pool in lush spacious surroundings with swings and a small pool for children.

The large fenced private terrace is South West facing for beautiful sunsets with views over a well stocked communal garden area. There are 2 sun loungers and 2 sets of table and chairs for al fresco dining.

Our high quality, well furnished ground floor apartment has a lounge diner with flat screen satellite TV with British Channels (INCLUDING BBC, ITV), plus a DVD and hi-fi system. The lounge and bedrooms benefit from patio doors leading out to the large wrap around terrace area. The bedrooms consist of 1 double (superking) and 1 twin but can be re configured to suit your party.

The apartment is professionally cleaned prior to your arrival and is included in our comprehensive tariff (excessive cleaning will be charged for). Towels are provided for use within the apartment. Transfers from Murcia airport can be arranged for 30 euros each way.

Our large wrap around terrace is South West facing and has direct sun all day. The apartment also has some shaded terrace that is under pretty arches. We include a welcome pack on arrival for your convenience that includes tea,coffee,milk,bread,butter,marmalade,water and orange juice. Air conditioning (fair use) and heating (depending on season) are included. Apartment cleaning is included (excessive cleaning will be charged for).
