This luxurious 3 story front-line end-terrace townhouse is part of group of properties situated in a quiet area of the Jack Nicklaus designed Polaris World Golf Resort, yet within easy access to the superb resort centre. All the properties are fully air conditioned throughout (including bedrooms) with high quality units. We aim to cater for families and large groups of keen golfers.

Each property sleeps 4 people. The two villas are located next to each other enabling a party of 8 to be together. Similarly, the two townhouses are two end terraces of a block of four enabling a party of 8 to be close by each other. The townhouses back on to the immaculate La Torre golf course – your own beautiful gardens.

The fitted kitchens are equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, hob and high quality kitchenware to cater for 4 people. The garden includes an area for outdoor eating with patio table and chairs, plus a barbeque area. All properties are equipped with latest LCD TV, DVD & CD players.

All properties have telephones that accept free international incoming calls and are capable of making outgoing calls internally within the resort (to other properties, Pro Shop, etc). There are provisions throughout the property for Broadband access for your laptop via Ethernet connections on a very reasonable pay-per-use basis.

As an added service for your convenience, a local pay-as-you-go mobile phone with be supplied enabling you to make calls within Spain and to receive calls from home (subject to availability).

Booking notes

Changeover Day - The Villa will be available from 3PM and must be vacated by 11AM on the day of departure. If you have other requirements, we will accommodate where possible so please ask.

£100 deposit per booking is required to hold the property for required dates and the balance is to be paid 4 weeks before start of the rental period. A £100 refundable security deposit is also required and is to be added to rental price. This will be refunded once the properties have been cleaned and inspected after you return home (subject to the property being left in a satisfactory condition with no damage or loss).
