Great private swimming pool and superb roof terrace c/w gas BBQ, table chairs and loungers. We hope you will love the roof terrace as much as we do. Well furnished throughout with large TV and DVD. Very close to town centre, club house and all facilities and near the entrance as well.
15 mins from San Javier airport and an easy 20 mins to the very Spanish Mar Menor beaches which are so relaxing and enjoyable. This is a privately owned house and includes a cleaning and laundry service to your own needs.
You can really have a fantastic relaxing family break with some great golfing experiences as well. |

The house is well positioned within the golf complex and is easy to find. All the facilities in the complex realy are just 5 minutes walk and you don't need to use you car within the complex at all.
You are really close to the club house and tee off area.
This is a privately owned house that the owners really enjoy using them selves. |

We really enjoyed our weeks' break and would love to come back again, the house is of a very good standard and the roof terrace is such a fun area. James,Wendy and Catherine Snowden.

Day - Your house will be ready for you by 4pm on the day of arrival, if you are early you are very welcome to enjoy the facilities at the golf complex where you can swim, have a meal or drink and chill out. Departure is by 11 am.
