Luxury 2 bedroom 2nd floor apartment with fantastic views over 18th green looking towards club house which is a short 5 minute stroll away. The apartment has two double bedrooms 1 of which can be arranged as twin or double room. Fabulous fully tiled bathroom with shower. Spacious lounge/dining area and fully fitted kitchen including hob, oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washer, kettle and toaster. All crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots/pans are provided along with all bedding and towels.
The apartment is fully air conditioned to provide cool summer months and central heating for the cooler winter months. Large flat screen tv with dvd and cd player.
There is a large wrap around terrace as the apartment is on a corner plot which provides both sun and shade and there is additional provision out here for al fresco dining with sun loungers where you can sip a cool glass of champagne.
The town centre being adjacent to the club house is therefore within easy reach with all the bars and restaurants. There is also a really well stocked and priced supermarket providing all your food/drink requirements alongside which there is a chemist and gift shop. |

£100 deposit is required at time of booking this also covers security cover for loss/damage to goods. Full apartment rental due 8 weeks prior to arrival date.
The security deposit will be returned to client once inspection has been carried out on departure and every effort will be made to return within 2 weeks of departure date.
