Our property has been beautifully furnished to a high standard and comprises of two bedrooms and two bathrooms one being en-suite. The kitchen is fully equipped perfect for a self-catering holiday with everything you may need. The lounge is been furnished in a modern comfortable style. Outside on the terrace there are sun loungers together with a table and chairs for al fresco dining while enjoying the stunning views of the golf course which has been designed by Jack Nickauls and swimming pool. The swimming pool with gardens are situated directly below the apartment. There is central heating and air conditioning throughout the apartment. There is also a private car parking space with a lift which takes you direct to the apartment.
The property is located close to the beautiful historical city of Murcia. Murcia is full of stunning architecture for all to see. The importance of the city over the years can be seen in the beautiful cathedrals, palaces and public buildings around its quaint streets. The city of Murcia was founded during the Arab occupation by Abderraman II in 825.
The coastline stretches some 250km where the Mar Menor meets the Mediterranean. You will find miles of sandy, warm, beaches and coves. Starting from Torre de la Horadada, San Pedro, Lo Pagan to Los Alcazares there is a different type of beach for every day of your holiday.
Los Alcazares has some of the finest beaches along the Costa Calida of Spain and is just a 15 minute drive away from El Valle. The beaches at Playa de los Narejos and Playa del Espejo have won the illustrious Q Awards for their high standards. The beaches run along the Mar Menor and offers warm shallow waters and fine sand,it is also noted that the waters here are some 6 to 7 degrees warmer than any other Mediterranean resorts. Along the promenade there are various bars, cafes, restaurants selling local tapas and play areas for children. Just a short walk leads you into the town centre area of Los Alcazares. |

If you want to be met at the airport, this will cost 15 euros.

Outside on the spacious balcony there are spectacular views of the golf course and resort which is perfect for relaxing and dining.The swimming pool is directly below the balcony and consists of a large pool and smaller childrens pool and large sunbathing area.

The property is situated 5 minutes walk from the Clubhouse and all it's amenities which include, pubs, restaurants, golf shop, driving range, supermarket and multi gym which is free for all to use. The resort also has a secured entrance and 24 hour security. |
