On one side, the grounds are laid mainly to grass and dotted with mature, fruiting olive trees and lemon trees and pomegranites. Flowerbeds are planted with scented mediterranean type plants such as sage and lavender. A mosaic and terracotta path leads past a small water feature to the communal pool, which boasts a jacuzzi, kiddies splash pool and poolside showers. Surrounded by ornamental palms, the pool measures about 100' x 50' and is extremely safe for swimming, the shallow end being 3' deep, and the 'deep' end only 5'. There is also a play area nearby with climbing frame, slide etc. The other side of the apartment overlooks the golf course. From the balcony you can sit and watch the golfers digging themselves out of the bunkers or just enjoy the view.
